During the past 10 years, the typical Clan Contracting customer has changed significantly and todays work for Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities accounts for some 50% of business.

Operating predominantly across the North West, Clan is part of several long term framework agreements, providing a range of services including:

– Energy efficient measures including external wall insulation
– Environmental works including flagging and fencing

We also offer specialist consultancy, support and advice on a project by project basis, working closely alongside our clients through development phase to handover. We have adopted a partnering ethos with all of our customers and repeat business sits at the heart of our operation.
